Return conditions for our return guarantee Christmas 2024

Dear customers,

157Grad wants to make your Christmas shopping experience stress-free and worry-free.

We extend your statutory 14-day right of return until January 31, 2025 for all items purchased between December 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 on www.157grad.de.

Our voluntary return guarantee begins on the 15th day after you or an authorized person has received your order and ends on January 31, 2025.

As part of our voluntary return guarantee, we will accept all items purchased from December 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024 on www.157grad.de and that are in perfect, complete and unused/as new condition for a refund of the sales price.

Packaging seals/sealing films can be broken to view the goods.
We ask that you handle packaging and goods with particular care.

Packaging that must be destroyed to open (e.g. blister packs, foil bags, etc.) and all Boveda brand products can only be returned in their original, unopened condition.

We will provide you with a free DHL return label.

Gift vouchers and personalized goods are excluded from our voluntary return guarantee.

Our voluntary return guarantee is only valid for purchases made on www.157grad.de.

Our right to make appropriate deductions for depreciation in the case of incomplete, used and/or damaged goods/packaging remains unaffected by our voluntary return guarantee.

Our voluntary return guarantee can be terminated prematurely at any time in the future without giving reasons.
