Shipping policy
Dispatch days:
Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted)
Order cut-off for all shipping options: 1:00 p.m.
We ship with DHL to Germany and to the following EU countries:
Germany, Austria.
Within Germany we ship free of charge from 50.00 €.
PROMOTION until 4 October 2026 – free shipping from 20.00 €
To Austria we ship free of charge from 149.00 €.
Below that we charge a fair flat shipping rate of 5.90 € (Germany) or 8.99 € (Austria).
In rare exceptional cases we reserve the right to switch to any carrier of our choice (DHL Express, DPD, UPS, Amazon Logistics, Hermes, courier). If you expressly do not want this, please let us know during the order process.
Please note that our parcels are not scanned when handed over to DHL.
The first scan takes place at the Hannover parcel centre on the dispatch day (Mon. to Fri.) from approx. 6:00 p.m.!
New: guaranteed next-working-day delivery on request
(within Germany) with DHL Express.
On request and for a surcharge you can order from us via DHL Express.
Within Germany we ship free of charge via DHL Express on request from 600.00 €.
To Austria we ship free of charge via DHL Express on request from 700.00 €.
To other EU countries we ship free of charge via DHL Express on request from 800.00 €.
Below that we currently charge a flat shipping rate of:
9.99 € for DHL Express shipments within Germany. (Delivery: Mon. – Fri.)
29.90 € for DHL Express shipments within Germany. (Saturday delivery)
15.90 € for DHL Express shipments to Austria. (Delivery time: 1-3 working days)
19.90 € for DHL Express shipments to all other EU countries. (Delivery time: 1-5 working days)
So that your express order can be delivered on time and reliably, please note the following conditions:
- strict order cut-off at EXACTLY 1:00 p.m., for a guaranteed next-working-day delivery within Germany.
- Saturday delivery within Germany possible for an additional surcharge.
We recommend DHL Express within Germany only for genuinely time-critical orders.
With our very fast standard DHL parcel shipping, more than 80% of our orders are already delivered on the next working day (98% after 2 days), including Saturdays.
Liability for guaranteed DHL Express delivery:
Should a DHL Express delivery within Germany not be delivered on the promised day, we will refund you the difference to standard DHL parcel delivery. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

Should a DHL Express delivery to all other EU countries not be delivered within the promised time window, we will refund you the difference to standard DHL parcel delivery. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

Security
We have a multi-level security system in place to protect ourselves and you against fraud. We reserve the right to add the following additional services to our shipments for you free of charge and without prior notice:
- personal handover
- visual age check
- DHL Ident-Check
- no delivery to neighbours
- recipient's signature
Protection of minors
Our products are not subject to any statutory sales restrictions regarding the protection of minors and may be sold freely.
Nevertheless, we take our social responsibility very seriously. Our offers are aimed exclusively at customers of full legal age. By placing your order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Where there are justified doubts about your being of full legal age, we reserve the right to carry out a suitable check of your details and an age verification at checkout or on dispatch.
