Your tasks

- You routinely handle all office tasks.

- Processing incoming customers, suppliers and partner inquiries.

- Preparation of our bookkeeping for our tax advisor

- Monitoring and processing of incoming and outgoing goods.

- Invoice control

- Monitoring/control of our payment transactions   

- Supervision/control/processing of shipments of goods to other EU countries

- Regular generation of reports

- Completed vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk or clerk for office management.

- English spoken and written, other languages ​​are an advantage.

- Experience in dealing with Amazon Seller Central reporting as well as ebay and other platforms (desirable).
