It wasn't that long ago that Canadian vaporizer manufacturer Arizer delighted us with the Solo 2 Max. And now the friendly company has launched its next vaping superstar: the Arizer Solo 3! Let's be clear: This model has real flagship potential!

New heating element and extremely fast heating

The Solo 3 features a completely redesigned heating element with plenty of power. The heating system, which operates at approximately 80 percent convection and 20 percent conduction, produces truly beautiful clouds of vapor and heats up in less than 15 seconds.

Session or on-demand? The choice is yours!

It doesn't matter whether you prefer to use a vaporizer in session or on-demand mode: The Solo 3 can do both! In session mode, you can choose between five temperatures ranging from 180 to 220 degrees Celsius, which can be individually adjusted to your preferences. The on-demand mode, which is particularly suitable for use with a bong, also offers the user five freely programmable settings.

Modern display and parental controls

Also new is the color display, which shows all important information in a sufficiently large size. A special feature: When the vaporizer is turned upside down, for example, when using it with a water filter, the display rotates with it.

Vaporizers should never be allowed in the hands of children! And if little rascals do happen to curiously inspect the device, a child lock ensures they can't turn it on.

USB-C, a powerful battery and two chamber sizes

To ensure fast and flexible charging, this vaporizer features a modern USB-C port, allowing it to be powered on the go using a power bank.

However, in most cases, it won't be necessary to recharge the Solo 3's battery while on the go. Its performance is so powerful that the vaporizer can be used for an average of about 2.5 hours before the battery needs to be recharged.

Unlike the glass tubes found in previous Solo 3 models, the included glass stems have two different herb chamber sizes. To be more specific, the XL glass tube holds twice the amount of herb as the regular mouthpiece. It also features an additional air hole, ensuring even freer airflow. The XL glass tube is compatible with previous models.

Robust construction, purest vapor taste and a bong adapter

The Solo 3 isn't a vaporizer for fans of small, delicate vaporizers. It's relatively large and heavy, making it unlikely to be the first choice for many when it comes to vapes for outdoor use. However, this rather heavy vaporizer, made of high-quality materials, is extremely robust and should keep its user happy for many years to come!

Thanks to its patented system with an isolated air path, we're dealing with a very pure vapor flavor. The vapor also has a quite pleasant temperature, so it doesn't necessarily need to be filtered with water for the most pleasant vaping experience.

Nevertheless, the Solo 3 can be connected to a water filter thanks to a suitable adapter included in the delivery.

How to use the Solo 3

The Solo 3 is very easy to use:

1. First, fill the head of the glass tube with ground herbs. Be careful not to grind the herbs too finely, so that small pieces of herb don't slip through the glass sieve in the tube and into your mouth when you draw on the mouthpiece.
   
2. Now turn the Solo 3 upside down and insert the glass tube into the vaporizer, head up. Be careful not to break the glass. If you have trouble inserting the tube into the designated opening, simply preheat the Solo 3.
   
3. Now you can vape at your desired temperature, with long and slow draws being most efficient.
   

Tip: The tubes can be closed with silicone caps and thus carried pre-filled.

Easy cleaning

A major advantage of the Solo 3, as well as its predecessors, is its very easy cleaning. The heating element is virtually maintenance-free and only needs to be wiped down when necessary. Only the glass tubes require regular cleaning to ensure efficient operation of the atomizer. Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean the stems. Of course, you must be careful to rinse the tubes with water after cleaning them with ISO alcohol and then let them dry completely.

Conclusion on the Arizer Solo III vaporizer

It's not difficult to draw a positive conclusion about the Solo 3. The only drawbacks are that it's a bit large and heavy, which means it'll bulge quite a bit in your jacket or trouser pocket when you carry it around. However, for home use, its powerful vapor output, long battery life, easy cleaning, and modern features make it one of the best vaporizers currently on the market!
