In detail
All about the The never-debated story behind the hemp ban
A proof of the history of prohibition
The hemp bans are a legacy of racist times. It is necessary to acknowledge the history behind them and to draw the consequences from them. Because this ideology has no place in today's legislation. The hundred-year ban was not for health reasons, but
the oppression of foreign cultures. The hemp ban is clearly based on false information, economic calculation and racism. Proving these backgrounds is a matter close to the author's heart. Neither courts, law enforcement agencies nor fellow citizens should ever again be allowed to judge hemp consumers and hemp dealers without knowing the story behind them.
Wolfgang Neškovic, a former German judge at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe, was already convinced in 1992 that "drug policy would be different if it were possible to make the correct information public. The current drug legislation can only be implemented because there is a corresponding information deficit among the population."
