Furthermore, it is solid and has a small notch below the lid, which makes it easy to open.

Another advantage is that the herb chamber of your Flow needs to be cleaned less often when using the capsule than if you forgo it and fill the herbs loosely into the herb chamber. And if you like to vape on the go, you can quickly swap out such capsules to continue vaping seamlessly.
