Saxony, as a German federal state, has a lot to offer. This includes beautiful forests, and it's from these forests that the ash wood used to make the Canamix mill with ash wooden pins comes. Not only is the mill itself made of oak, but so are the teeth. But don't worry: Ash is very robust, so the grinder does a reliable job without worrying about annoying jamming or splintering.
No expense was spared on the natural sealing of the wood either. The handcrafted mill was sealed with rapeseed oil or wood butter to ensure the longest possible product life.
